Shipping

If your order is placed Monday thru Friday before 1:00pm EST, the order will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed Friday 1:00pm EST, Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on Monday. If you would like the orders shipped on a certain date please enter that date in the "comment" box at the end of your order. For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and the Virgin Islands require Express Service charges. For Saturday or Canadian deliveries call our shop for prices. 330-799-3477.

*Full shipping costs will not appear in shopping cart. Final shipping charges will be emailed to you before your order is shipped.

  • Most perishables are shipped via 2 day delivery.
  • All meats and cheeses usually require 2 day shipping to most states through October.
  • If the delivery address is in the northeast or mid-Atlantic US, UPS standard may be suitable for meats and cheeses.
  • We cannot ship to APO's, FPO's or PO Boxes.
  • If the delivery address is in AK, HI, PR or any other US territory, USPS Express Mail is our service of choice. Please call us at (330) 799-3477, Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM or Saturday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST, for further rate information.
  • Overnight, Saturday and Sunday delivery service is available; please call for rates.
  • If your package weighs more than 25 lbs., a $5.00 handling charge is added.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please make sure the delivery address is complete and accurate.

Disclaimer: Substitutions to basket arrangements may be necessary do to availability and season. Customer must call ahead if this is undesirable.

Payment

We accept VISA, Master Card and Discover. We also accept checks and money orders. Checks and money orders can be sent to: 4331 Kirk Rd., Austintown, OH 44511, if paying with check or money order, your order will not be shipped until payment has been received and has cleared.

Substitution

If necessary we may substitute items of equal or greater value to assure that your order arrives on time. While we make every effort to assure the accuracy of all information in our catalog, we reserve the right to make corrections should an error occur.

Damages

If your item arrives damaged please report the damage within 3 days. We will do our best to replace any items that has been damaged. Please hold the original container until the claim is resolved.

Privacy/Security

When you shop on-line at Rulli Bros, you are shopping on a highly secure site. Rulli Bros. is "anti-spam" and will not use unethical promotional methods. We use SSL servers for our e-commerce to ensure the most secure way to shop.

Your credit card number is only sent via secure encrypted connections, and we do not store customer data where it can be accessed via the Internet. Also, your customer data is considered private and will not be sold or shared with any outside interests.
